What is Tie Down Marine's Return Policy?

Tie Down Marine offers a 15-day return policy for buyer’s remorse returns. Items must be unused, and proof of purchase is required.

After 15 days, your order may still qualify for an exchange depending on the reason for the request. A 25% restocking fee may apply for buyer’s remorse returns, but may be waived for qualifying exchanges or returns due to reasons that are outside of the customer's control.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or qualifies as a warranty issue. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
