Return Policy

At Tie Down Marine, we take pride in the quality of our dock ladders and marine accessories. If your order does not meet expectations, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

For buyer’s remorse returns, we offer a 15-day return policy. After 15 days, the order may qualify for a possible exchange, depending on the reason for the return or refund request. A 25% restocking fee may apply for buyer’s remorse returns, but may be waived for qualifying exchanges.

  1. Items must be unused.
  2. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  3. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Fees

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or qualifies as a warranty issue.
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. A 25% restocking fee may apply for buyer’s remorse returns. This fee may be waived for qualifying exchanges of equal or lesser value, or for returns due to reasons that are outside the customer’s control.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
